Working at AV3, Inc. has always afforded me the perfect work-life balance. I’ve worked from home 90% of the time in my 10-year tenure which has provided so much flexibility with my family and home life. From lunch breaks with my kids, to cooking dinner at a reasonable hour, and even walking my kids to-and-from school are all possible with my flexible schedule. Being a part of a very experienced team also makes my job so much more enjoyable. We all work so well together and are constantly learning from each other. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else!
