Our quarterly employee values program allows employees to nominate their fellow colleagues and acknowledge their teammates who go above and beyond. Each quarter, AV3 sends out a call for nominations among employees for those who have recently exemplified our company values of growth, quality, client satisfaction, community engagement, and achievement. At any time, employees may also be submitted for a spot bonus for achievements such as obtaining a new certification or degree. In addition to our employee values program and our spot bonuses, AV3 also awards select employees with certificates of achievement and a bonus at our annual Town Hall. Recognizing the hard work our employees put in to ensure success is an important part of who we are.
Like the saying goes, we work hard and we play hard. At AV3, we love a reason to celebrate and certainly don't have difficulty coming up with reasons to do so! With five locations nationwide as well as a handful of remote employees, our Social Ambassador program gives employees the opportunity to come up with fun and engaging events for each location. Chili cook-offs, cornhole tournaments, oyster roasts, and quarterly birthday celebrations are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to opportunities to kick back and enjoy some fun! Every year, AV3 hosts two company-wide parties: one in the summer and one around the Holidays. While the summer party is a fun-filled celebration for the entire family, our Christmas party is the adults-only event of the season! A live band, high-end prizes like iPhones, laptops, airfare tickets, and more are all standard procedure for our annual Christmas party!
